General Booking Conditions

These conditions help manage expectations while protecting both the guest and the operator.

Issues should be reported during travel Formal complaints should be submitted promptly

During the Safari

  • Guests should report any issue immediately to the Tour Manager, Consultant, lodge manager, or driver/guide.
  • Prompt notice gives the operator a fair chance to resolve the matter on-site.
  • If the issue is unresolved, a written complaint should be submitted within 30 days after return.

Safari Risks, Insurance & Guest Responsibility

This section is important because safari travel naturally includes risks that should be stated clearly.

Wild Animals & Safari Environment

  • African safaris involve proximity to wild animals, and while incidents are rare, they cannot be fully ruled out.
  • Some safari camps are unfenced, meaning wildlife can move through the property at any time.
  • Guests should follow all guide and lodge safety instructions without exception.

Responsibility & Liability

This block should remain clear and visible because it addresses supplier relationships and unavoidable travel disruption.

Remote travel conditions may vary Itinerary changes may be necessary

Operational Responsibility

  • Safari travel in Africa may involve remote areas, rough roads, weather disruption, and limited medical facilities.
  • The tour company may act as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other independent suppliers.
  • Accommodation or itinerary changes may be made where required due to weather, road conditions, airline changes, or other events beyond control.
  • All baggage is carried at the passenger’s own risk.

Law, Jurisdiction & Complaints Procedure

Finish the page with the legal framework and a direct, understandable complaints process.

Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising from the booking contract may be handled by the Kenyan courts or resolved through arbitration in Kenya.
